What a Food stand has to solve
These are not aesthetic preferences; they are the technical decisions a stand in this industry needs in order to do its job.
- 01A tasting counter needs a seamless, wipeable top — compact laminate or stainless steel stays cleanable for four days.
- 02A demo kitchen needs water, drainage, extraction and its own power circuit; all of it is ordered from the organiser in advance and has to be placed on the stand plan.
- 03Chilled and frozen display units bring both an electrical load and heat; that heat has to be kept away from the meeting area and from the spotlights.
- 04A tasting queue and a buyer meeting cannot share the same square metres; the flow has to be planned so the two never cut across each other.
- 05Washing-up, waste and packaging storage belong out of the visitor’s line of sight but one step away from the counter.
