Some of the fairs on our list are held outside the five main fairgrounds, or across more than one centre at the same time; in those cases the binding information is not a venue’s general data sheet but the technical manual the organiser issues for that edition.

Venue data, and what it means for the stand
Every figure below comes from the venue’s own published data. Nothing that could not be verified was written.
Do not bring your assumptions with you
Nothing that holds at a standard fairground can be assumed at a non-standard venue: the freight door size, the clear height, whether forklift service exists at all, how much power is available, how many days before opening the build starts. At these venues the only source is the technical manual the organiser issues for that edition, plus a site visit where one is possible. If no visit can be made at quotation stage, the design is drawn to the most restrictive assumption.
Fairs that run across two venues
When a fair runs across two fairgrounds at once — as the Istanbul furniture fair does — that means two technical manuals, two build-up windows and two vehicle access regimes. If you are building at both, crew, freight and materials are planned as two separate jobs; a schedule that relies on one team shuttling between the two during the day falls apart on the first morning in Istanbul traffic.
