Fuar İzmir is a fairground in Gaziemir operated by İZFAŞ, a subsidiary of the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, combining four large exhibition halls with a substantial open-air area.

“Four halls” and “twelve halls” are not a contradiction
The venue’s own data says four halls, while some fairs held there announce twelve. Both are accurate: the large halls can be subdivided and organisers number the sections as separate halls. The practical consequence is that the “Hall 7” you are given may be a section rather than a building. The real plot boundary, the position of the dividing wall and the distance to the freight door are read from the organiser’s hall plan, nowhere else.
A large share of the space is outdoors
Open-air and indoor exhibition space together come to 119,400 m², which means that at the larger fairs here a stand landing outdoors is a real possibility. An outdoor stand is not an indoor stand moved outside: ground preparation, drainage, wind loading, shading and overnight security are separate items, and none of them sit in an indoor stand’s budget. When the plot offer arrives, the first question to ask is whether it is inside or outside.
