What a stand at Growtech Antalya has to solve
At an agriculture fair the scale is large, the traffic is heavy and the floor takes a beating.
- 01Tractors, trailers and irrigation equipment need both floor area and room to manoeuvre; the layout must not block the route the machine comes in on.
- 02Visitors arrive from the outdoor areas in work boots; the floor finish has to take scuffing and water.
- 03Demos that use water need a closed-circuit pump and a drip tray; organisers do not allow free-running water inside a hall.
- 04The stand has to read from a distance: across open ground and wide aisles, the brand is recognised by height and mass, not by wall graphics.
- 05Where live animals are present, the organiser’s rules on hygiene, barriers and flooring are separate and have to be read before designing.

ANFAŞ Expo Center
ANFAŞ Expo Center is a fairground in Antalya that combines four exhibition halls with a large open-air area and hosts the region’s agriculture and tourism fairs.
- Indoor exhibition area
- 40,000 m² across four halls
- Column-free halls
- Two of the four halls are column-free
- Open-air area
- 20,000 m²
- Meeting rooms
- 15 divisible rooms seating between 10 and 1,000
Which hall you land in changes the plan
Two of the four halls are column-free and two are not. In a hall with columns, a single column inside your plot breaks both the sightline across an island stand and the continuity of a display wall — and that cannot be seen before the plot number is known. The first thing to do when the allocation arrives is to overlay the column positions onto the plot. A column is sometimes not a problem to hide but the obvious centre of the display; either way the decision is taken early.
Production travels to Antalya from Istanbul
The stand is not built in Antalya; it is built in the Istanbul workshop and driven down. That adds a real day to the schedule and largely removes the option of sending one more piece at the last minute, which is why the production list closes earlier for Antalya fairs than for Istanbul ones. In a city where the fair calendar overlaps the hotel season, crew accommodation is booked early too.

Growtech Antalya: common questions
When and where does Growtech Antalya take place?
Growtech Antalya runs from 24–27 November 2026 at ANFAŞ Expo Center in Antalya.
Venue and month belong to the edition rather than to the fair, and both can change from year to year — several fairs on this list have moved venue or slot. Always confirm the dates and the hall against the organiser’s own announcement.
What drives the stand design for Growtech Antalya?
The design is driven by what the product on show asks of the stand, not by the name of the fair: at an agriculture fair the scale is large, the traffic is heavy and the floor takes a beating.
Tractors, trailers and irrigation equipment need both floor area and room to manoeuvre; the layout must not block the route the machine comes in on.
What should you watch for when building a stand at ANFAŞ Expo Center?
Only two of the four halls at ANFAŞ Expo Center are column-free, so the first job once the plot is allocated is to overlay the column positions onto it; and because the stand is built in the Istanbul workshop and driven down, the production list closes earlier than it would for an Istanbul fair.

When should preparation for a stand at Growtech Antalya start?
Preparation is planned backwards from the organiser’s deadlines rather than from the fair dates: the day the stand drawings go in for approval, the day the power and rigging applications close, and the hour the build-up window opens. For this fair the fixed point is 24–27 November 2026, and the schedule is built back from there.
At quotation stage we need four things: the plot number and hall, the plot dimensions, the plot type (island, corner, in-line or peninsula) and the organiser’s technical manual for that edition. If the plot has not been allocated yet, design starts from the most restrictive assumption and is updated once the allocation arrives.
Who approves the stand drawings for Growtech Antalya?
The stand drawings are approved by the fair authority — that is, the organiser, which for this fair is Informa Markets. Approval comes before build-up, and we prepare and submit the file as the contractor.
The file generally contains dimensioned plans and elevations, heights, the materials used and their fire classification, and the electrical load list — plus structural calculations and engineer sign-off where there is a second storey or any rigging. Deviating from the approved drawing on site can end in an instruction to dismantle.
